NOTE: The sticker will be pasted on the cookie packaging which will then be added into the box. (Refer to last photo) The customised tags will replace the "with love" tag shown in pictures.

FREE local delivery is available for orders over $160 within the island. 

Deliveries are made from 3PM - 9PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Returns

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@chikabakes.com and we will follow up accordingly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

At Chika Bakes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that certain items are non-returnable:

Opened, Unpackaged, or Damaged Bakes: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for bakes that have been opened, are missing their original packaging, or have been damaged after delivery.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are considered final sale and cannot be returned.


Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
